If you are looking to purchase or buy-in to an established practice, we can provide an Unsecured Loan over a maximum of 7 years.
Unsecured Loans are underwritten on an affordability basis, meaning you need to be able to show how repayments will be met.
Payments are Fixed so you can budget effectively and do not need to worry about Bank of England base rate changes and inflation.
Funds can be paid direct to you, the vendor or a solicitor as required.
Arranging the finance, we need to show background information on 3 areas:
- For you the borrower
- For the Practice being purchased
- Plans for the practice after purchase
With this information we can talk to our lenders on your behalf and give you a good indication of the level of funding available often within 48 hours.
